Well prepared dishes with particular flavours. I think not for all palates. Remarkable product quality. Not your usual restaurant. Place not very accessible by car due to the ZTL but a walk in the center is also good for digestion 😅. Courteous and precise service. Just the right wait between one course and another. Medium-high cost

Nice and very nice place. The staff is friendly and cares about the service. The food was excellent and unique, with a very good and varied accompanying cellar. The only downside is that the smells from the kitchen permeate the clothes. You don't notice it there but back home you do. In any case it is a place to go and return for the taste of what you eat and the attention to detail. Well done!

Second experience for us in this delightful little restaurant in the center of Veroli. This time too we ate very well and were welcomed and served with great professionalism and attention. As appetizers we tasted a platter of quality cured meats and cheeses with goose mortadella, Iberian ham, fine salami and two types of cheeses, and a trio of fried foods consisting of a supplì with beef, a potato and vanilla croquette and a flower of pumpkin decomposed with burrata and anchovies. Excellent breading and delicious flavours. First, gnocchi with porcini mushrooms and chestnuts, the sweet-savory taste given by the chestnut cream and the savory porcini mushrooms and the different consistency between gnocchi, porcini mushrooms and pieces of chestnuts are really pleasant. In my opinion, the carbonara risotto was well creamed but a little too thin, the cream made with the egg was good, I would have added a little more since it was carbonara. The bacon was divine, crunchy...melt in your mouth. Good combination with petal truffle. Overall good dish. Highlight dish of the evening: pork ribs! They were delicious: caramelized, spiced and served with grilled onions. Really soft and tasty. We then had two desserts, a lemon delight and a chocolate and raspberry one, good but not like the home made dessert I had the other time with cinnamon ice cream. We spent a very pleasant evening, tasting excellent and well-prepared dishes, prices in line with the type of cuisine offered, young and attentive staff... only note: the coffee doesn't do it justice but otherwise excellent.
